i found the rooms were very clean with little extras like toiletries included in the price. the staff were lovely they were always helpful and professional. the animation team put on good entertainment in the evening i especially liked the fire show.
i found the marketing materials advertised higher standards of luxury than were present at the hotel the food options were also quite basic.

The food had good variety. I did not see the same main dishes repeated. cheese and desserts were of good quality. the resort had everything i needed and the shuttle bus service ran continuously. towels were always available at the beach and the pool.
The hotel seemed dated. it seemed to have experienced wear and tear. i noticed that some areas require updates. the hotel didn't entirely match the level of luxury presented in marketing materials. I felt it was somewhat overstated.

The food was AMAZING!!! The hotel offered several kitchens, including one specifically for Turkish cuisine. I found it quite convenient. The main kitchen also presented diverse options. Shelby provided extensive information about the hotel. This was very helpful.
I noticed the gym only had two stationary bikes.

The hotel was very clean, I noted. The staff were helpful plus cheerful too. The food tasted nice and were a plus. Mohamed, the reception manager, was helpful, I realized. He helped me choose a room after I had issues with another room's view.
I found the hotel marketing to promise more luxury than what was actually there.
